Full access tickets include both event days (Oct 6–7), access to the keynote stage, breakout sessions, the EXPO hall, evening receptions, wine tastings, and free on-site parking. Premium networking experiences such as VIP roundtables may require an upgraded ticket.

We welcome applications from senior practitioners and executives at end-user organizations (e.g. healthcare, finance, retail, government). Submit your speaking proposal via the Speakers page. Note: representatives of AI vendors or technology providers are directed to our sponsorship track instead.

Earned speaking spots are awarded to practitioner executives based on merit — your story, your deployment, your results. Sponsored speaking spots are available to technology companies and AI vendors who partner with the summit. Both tracks appear on the main stage and in breakouts.
