You’ll receive full access to the event and if you're travelling to the conference, you qualify for two nights of hotel (at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City). Our ask for recipients of this pass is that you actively participate and you may be asked to meet with up to eight event partners in what we call our Trusted Connections meetings.

Your application will be reviewed by the event team within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, you will be fully registered for the event and receive a confirmation.
If your application is not approved, there are many opportunities to partner with us to make this an unforgettable experience. Our team will be sending you an email with more details.
If approved, you'll book your hotel stay at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, using our reservation link. Upon completion of your 8 meetings, we'll reimburse you for 2 nights of hotel.
By accepting this pass type and free hotel nights, and attending the event, you agree to take a minimum of eight (8) Trusted Connections meetings onsite, with pre-qualified solution partners.

You will get access to the AGENTIC event app around 30 days prior to the event start date. In the app, you'll see curated meetings we've placed for you in your app dashboard, with participating solution providers. Use the app to review and accept/request meetings.
